Returns Policy
- If you are not fully satisfied with your Apartment 387 purchase, you may return unused items for a refund.
- Full-price merchandise may be returned within 14 days of delivery.
- Final sale items will be noted on the website and are not eligible for return.
- All items must be returned in a new and unused state, in saleable condition, with all protective materials in place and in their original packaging. This includes all original boxes, inserts, and protective wrapping.
- Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable.
- Only items purchased directly on Apartment387.com are eligible for return.
- Apartment 387 reserves the right to deny a refund if returned merchandise does not meet these requirements.
Exceptions
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Final Sale items
- Custom or made-to-order arrangements
- Items returned without original packaging
- Used, styled, or altered arrangements
- Items purchased through other retailers

How To Make A Return
To initiate a return, please email info@apartment387.com with your order number.
Once your return request is approved:
- You will receive a prepaid return shipping label via email.
- Carefully repack the arrangement in its original packaging.
- Affix the provided return label to the outside of the package.
- Drop off the package at the designated carrier location.
Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.
Apartment 387 covers the cost of return shipping for approved returns.
Refunds
Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment once your return has been received and inspected.
Please allow 5–10 business days for processing after your return is received. Depending on your financial institution, it may take additional time for the credit to appear in your account.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved, please contact info@apartment387.com.
Exchanges
To exchange an item, we recommend initiating a return for the original item and placing a new order once your return has been approved.
This ensures the fastest processing and availability of your desired arrangement.
Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us at info@apartment387.com within 48 hours with photos of the product and packaging so we can resolve the issue promptly.
