We do our utmost to ensure your bouquet arrives in perfect condition. For one-time purchases, we ship to all locations across the United States using reliable mail carriers, with each arrangement carefully packaged for a safe and beautiful arrival.
How does delivery work for business subscriptions?
We go the extra mile to ensure your flowers arrive in pristine condition. For businesses in New York City, Apartment387 offers a tailored white glove delivery service designed for ease and elegance. On delivery day, our team will bring your bouquet directly to your space, whether it’s a lobby, office, or storefront, and place it exactly where it belongs.
If you’re on a rotating subscription, we’ll collect the previous bouquet and replace it with a new one, keeping your space consistently refreshed. This subscription service is currently available only in New York City, though we’re looking to expand into additional regions soon.
What if I don’t like my bouquet?
We want every delivery from Apartment387 to feel like a moment of joy. If your bouquet isn’t exactly what you hoped for, let us know we’ll do everything we can to make it right. Reach out to us at info@apartment387.com and we’ll happily exchange it for another bouquet of your choice. Prefer a refund instead? That’s no problem within 14 days of delivery.
